This website is owned and operated by 100 Fitness Apparel LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors apparel and other accessories that suit any fitness level and lifestyle. By accessing or using our website, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

Who Can Use This Website?

We reserve the right to cancel any order from a minor under the age of 18 if the consent of his legal guardian is not obtained. If you are under 18, you should make sure that your parent or legal guardian knows and agrees before you do or that you agree to buy anything online. By subscribing to emails or entering a contest that requires information about you, you warrant that you are over 16 years of age.

 

Product Information

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its description on its product page. This document may state additional terms relating to this product, including, but not limited to, conditions regarding estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service, and all warranties applicable to the product.

Return and Refund Policy
You have the right to return individual products or your entire order up to 90 days after the date of dispatch of that order. Returns must be in their original condition, unworn/unused with original tags. Personalized products cannot be returned. If you decide to cancel, you must return the products to us at your expense within 30 days of the decision and we will refund the cost of the products. We will make the refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods from you. Also, if the products are damaged, defective, or not as described, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the products.

How can I modify, cancel, or return an order?
Except for the aforementioned circumstances, it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a brand new order for those products.

For any changes to your delivery address, removal of products from your order, or complete cancellation, please contact our customer service department. If products are not defective, damaged, or do not correspond to what is described on delivery, you will be responsible for the return costs and the initial delivery costs will not be refunded to you.

Please allow 2-7 business days for fulfillment and an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. Delivery times to international addresses will vary by destination.
